Terms of Service

(Art. 1–2) Definitions and registration — business customers only; we may refuse registration for false information or prior breach. (Art. 3) Fees consist of a monthly base fee plus usage-based charges in JPY, excluding consumption tax; no refunds for mid-term cancellation. (Art. 4) Assigned phone numbers (050 IP numbers) remain our property; no number portability; numbers are returned and may be recycled after termination; emergency calls (110/118/119) are not supported. (Art. 5) Call-forwarding setup and carrier forwarding fees are the customer’s responsibility. (Art. 6) AI answering is automated and may make errors; customers must review captured reservations and messages and must not rely on the AI for medical, legal, or emergency matters. (Art. 7–8) Calls are transcribed and summarized with an announcement to callers; no audio recordings are stored; caller personal data is processed on the customer’s behalf; processing may be entrusted to third parties including those located abroad, as listed in the Privacy Policy. (Art. 9) Prohibited conduct includes robocalling, fraud, impersonation, reverse engineering, and re-lending numbers. (Art. 10–13) We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service with notice; no warranties; liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding lost profits and indirect damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. (Art. 14–15) Monthly auto-renewing term; cancellation effective at month-end; anti-social-forces exclusion. (Art. 16–18) Amendments follow the standard-terms provisions of the Japanese Civil Code; Japanese law governs; exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court; the Japanese text controls.
